Fulani (or Fula) people is an ethnic group mainly inhabited in Western Africa. Legend says the Fulani originated from the Arabian Peninsula. Being a nomadic tribe, Fulani customarily wore their wealth in the form of gold jewelry that they could carry with them at all times.
